How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel any regular booking by requesting it at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot. For special events like tournaments and meetups, cancellations may not be allowed. The cancellation policy for these events will be mentioned on their specific landing pages.
If you’ve made a prepaid booking, your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

How can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled time with a 20% rescheduling fee. However, rescheduling is not available for special events.

Cancellation and Refund policy
Cancellations are subject to the policy which can be changed without any advanced notice. You can view the cancellation policies of the respective merchant partner on their information page prior to making a booking or purchase. The cancellation policy is also included in your booking ticket in your order history.
Cancellations can be initiated by the users themselves on your booking ticket. The refund amount due will be displayed prior to seeking confirmation of the cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back into the user’s account, to the same source through which the payment was made, within 5-7 working days, post initiating the cancellation.
